SUPERVISION
I am excited to offer professional supervision to early-career occupational therapists. As a registered member of Occupational Therapy Australia, I bring 15 years of combined experience as an occupational therapist and as a teacher in education institutions including schools, Monash University, and the State Library of Victoria.
My key areas of interest and experience include neurodiversity-affirming paediatric practice, including early years autism assessments, and empowered self-employment. I am passionate about professional development and have undertaken training in approaches such as DIR Floortime, Zones of Regulation, and Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (Dr. Ross Greene). I also co-founded OT Australia's Neurodivergent Affirming OT Practices interest group.
I strive to provide supervision grounded in best practice and the latest research, adapting as the field evolves. If you’re interested in learning more about occupational therapy clinical supervision, feel free to reach out at hello@kidsthrivetherapy.com.au.
